A Russellville man was charged with drug possession after a report of shoplifting on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville on Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for shoplifting at the Dollar General and stopped a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Brandon Pulley in connection with the shoplifting.
Pulley’s passenger, 47-year-old Brian Proctor of Brandenburg, was reportedly identified as the person who was shoplifting headphones and a charging case…
