LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A crash involving at least one flipped tractor-trailer caused a lane closure on Interstate 81 Thursday morning.
The wreck was reported around 4:50 a.m. on I-81 north in Union Township near Exit 89: I-78 East – Allentown.
