WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A 46-year-old man is in critical condition after a shooting on New Year’s Day, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.
At around 5:19 a.m. on Thursday, officers came to the 300 block of East 28th Street in Winston-Salem after getting a report of a shooting. At the scene, police found a 46-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
Investigators say that the shooting was an isolated incident. There is no suspect information available at this time…
