HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested after documents said he attempted to hit law enforcement during a chase last month.
Cassidy Michael Gregory Harding, 38, of Conway was charged with:
- Failure to appear
- Speeding (over 15 but less than 25)
- Failure to stop for blue light
- Operating uninsured motor vehicle
- Use of license plate on vehicle other than vehicle for which plate was issues
- Resisting arrest
- Attempted murder
- Violation of probation
- Petit or simple larceny under $2,000
- Malicious injury to animals, personal property
On Nov. 29 around 2:50 p.m., officials initiated a traffic top on Highway 31 for speeding, according to warrants.
