While there’s no telling what 2026 may bring to the Naples food scene, one thing is certain: Chef Kayla Pfeiffer is bringing the wow factor. She’s been sharing updates on her newest culinary venture Heyday Cookshop, which is still in development. From what Pfeiffer has posted, we know the restaurant is centered around three things: chef collaboration, local ingredients, and the same pizazz Bicyclette features.
