Major Horry County stormwater projects set for 2026

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Projects aimed at improving storm water drainage will begin as early as January in Horry County, officials told News13.

Some of the projects include the area of Hemingway Chapel Road in Conway, as well as McCormick Road, Socastee Creek, and Jones Road in Myrtle Beach, according to Kimberly Clifford with Horry County Infrastructure and Regulation.
