Santa Rosa County Development Services approved 70 commercial projects throughout 2025, ranging from new RV parks to infrastructure upgrades, as well as companies with national and international renown.
The 2025 additions will mostly open in Milton, Navarre and Pace, including popular names like Wawa and McDonald’s.
