Deputies arrested a man after a shoplifting complaint at a Target store in the Town of Victor Tuesday evening.
Christian M. Dillard-Deas, 25, of Fairport was taken into custody around 6:43 p.m. at the Target located at 7500 Commons Blvd., according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office .
Investigators said Dillard-Deas passed all points of sale without paying for merchandise valued at $182.35.
