BELLE GLADE, Fla. (CBS12) — A Belle Glade woman was fatally injured Tuesday night and died just 13 minutes after being hit by an SUV, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
The collision happened around 7:45 p.m. on NW 1st Street, just south of NW Avenue I. PBSO says a 2021 Honda Pilot was traveling northbound when it struck the pedestrian, who was crossing the roadway.
