LESTER—A 27-year-old Lester man was arrested about 9:40 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence, possession of an open container of alcohol and no valid driver’s license.
The arrest of Juan Carlos Dominguez-Vargas stemmed from a report of him being passed out in a 2001 Jeep Wrangler at the intersection of 140th Street and Coolidge Avenue about three miles northwest of Lester, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
