AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Augusta bars and restaurants prepared for some of their busiest nights of the year as New Year’s Eve was followed by the Sugar Bowl on New Year’s Day.
At Bootleggers downtown, General Manager Taiylor Cross was stuffing balloons with money for the midnight drop hours before the New Year’s ball drops.
