The bicyclist injured in a Pelham hit-and-run has died, and a 76-year-old man has been charged.
Authorities on Thursday identified the victim as 57-year-old Douglas McQueen. He was often seen riding his bicycle around Pelham and may have worked at a Hoover restaurant.
