CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Police are still looking for the person or people responsible for shooting and killing a 17-year-old during his prom night months ago in Charlotte.
The deadly shooting happened in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 18, on Winding Path Way at the Seigle Point Apartment Homes just outside Uptown.
Victor Ramirez Jr. was identified as the teen killed in the shooting. His mother, Candace Woodson-Brown, spoke to WBTV in an interview about the unsolved homicide…
