Man allegedly beats woman at Sheetz, rams his car into hers

Selinsgrove, Pa. — An arrest warrant is out for a man — currently on probation for strangulation — who fled after assaulting a woman in his car, state police say.

Kenneth Lamar Boyer IV, 26, of Lykens allegedly assaulted the victim inside his vehicle around 9:45 p.m. while parked in a Selinsgrove Sheetz parking lot on Dec. 29.

The 23-year-old victim said that after Boyer injured her, she attempted to run away and get back in her own car. Boyer allegedly used his vehicle to ram into the driver’s side door while she sat in the driver’s seat…
