AnMed announced on Dec. 31 that it will be among the healthcare systems in the Upstate to implement temporary visitation restrictions due to the rising number of flu cases.
To limit potential exposure to the influenza virus, AnMed is allowing only two visitors per patient across its four hospital facilities.
