LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A tractor hauling manure smashed into a utility pole Thursday morning as freezing icy conditions plagued Commonwealth roadways.
According to the Quarryville Fire Company, crews were called to Puseyville Road in East Drumore Township around 7:58 a.m.
