People gathered along West Fairview Avenue in Montgomery for the 21st Annual Lacey Boyd Parade.
Thousands were there this afternoon to see the parade that started from Carver High School and continued to E.D. Nixon Avenue. It’s an event designed to highlight the people and progress of west Montgomery. Recently, West Fairview Avenue received $8.3 million in improvements.
