As we kick off 2026 this morning, upper-level moisture is keeping our morning temperatures from being too cool outside, however, we’ll still be warm this afternoon, with highs in the 60°-70°s despite cloudy skies. Winds will be slightly breezy, getting windier the further southwest you go.
In terms of actual moisture reaching the ground, there’s very low chances today that some of you in the north/northeast parts of the region could see some light drizzle, otherwise most rain will be virga, evaporating before it reaches the surface.
