NEW ORLEANS (WTVA) — The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released its preliminary report on the November plane crash into Lake Pontchartrain that killed two people.
The small plane crash happened on Nov. 24 and killed flight instructor Taylor Dickey, 30, and flight student David Jahn.
Their bodies have yet to be recovered…
