(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Two teens, one of whom was already on probation, as well as an adult, were arrested in a smash-and-grab burglary during which $30,000 worth of damage was caused to a local business and $10,000 in merchandise was stolen.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), on Nov. 23, 2025, two teens allegedly stole a car and crashed it into a business in the 3600 block of Galley Road, north of the Citadel Mall. The crash caused $30,000 in damage to the business, and the two teens allegedly stole collectibles valued at over $10,000 before fleeing in a getaway car driven by an adult man.
One of the teens was arrested on Dec. 23, and a second was arrested on Jan. 1, 2026, after investigators executed a search warrant in the 1400 block of Tamarisk Drive in Stratmoor Hills…
