(NewsNation) — Police in Washington state are investigating a suspected triple murder and suicide involving four family members across two crime scenes in the Seattle area.
Authorities in Mercer Island, Washington, say they conducted a well-being check Tuesday morning at a local residence and observed an apparent gunshot victim through a window. Inside, police said they found the bodies of Danielle Cuvillier, 80, and her 45-year-old son, Mackenzie P. Williams.
As part of the investigation, investigators collected four firearms from the house and a fifth weapon from a vehicle.
