The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate a woman wanted on a felony warrant for first-degree manslaughter.
Prosecutors say 29-year-old Angelina Latisha Minor is wanted in connection with a March 2024 traffic crash in which she is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants. The crash resulted in the death of her 4-year-old son, according to court records.
