WALDORF, Md. — An Indian Head man has been charged with theft and trespassing after authorities said he stole merchandise from a Waldorf grocery store and remained on private property despite having been previously barred.
Court records show Jason Darren Hagens, 40, faces misdemeanor charges of theft of property valued at $100 to under $1,500 and trespass on private property.
