MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – The truck driver who fell asleep and lost control of his tanker truck carrying 8,000 gallons of ethanol, has pleaded not guilty in Medina Municipal Court.
Darius Jones, 32, of Maple Heights, was cited for failure to control and for driving a commercial vehicle with impaired ability or alertness in connection with the hazmat crash in Medina County.
