FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The snow has moved out of our area, but has left some slick spots on less traveled roads. So, as you head out on Thursday morning, drive carefully. Overall, though, weather through the first days of 2026 will be calmer.
We’ve also seen some cooler air move in behind the snow. Temperatures into Thursday afternoon will only be in the low 20s. A few snow flurries are likely during the day as well, but shouldn’t result in too many problems.
Friday will be another chilly day. Morning temperatures in the low 10s with feels like temperatures in the single digits. The afternoon temperature on Friday will be in the mid 20s and the afternoon should feature a little more sunshine, too…
