MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Safe Task Force announced its members arrested an alleged kidnapper and rapist for several charges on New Year’s Eve, according to U.S. Marshals.
Jesse Clark, 49, is charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated rape, aggravated assault, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.
