MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — Mobile Police are reminding citizens that celebratory gunfire is not permitted
During much of the year, fireworks are not legal to shoot within the City of Mobile limits. However, the city’s ordinance DOES allow residents to use fireworks on July 3, July 4, New Year’s Eve and on New Year’s Day.
