N.J. company just spent $300,000 on an empty dental office that nobody wanted

A New Jersey real estate firm has purchased a vacant dental office for $300,000 in Union County and plans to transform it into residential housing.

Meckey Estates said it acquired the property at 2209 N. Wood Ave. in Roselle in late 2025 with zoning approvals already in place for the residential conversion.
