HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – New documents detail the alleged condition of the man charged in the crash that killed a Horry County Schools employee.
Jail records show Camerino Antonio Hernandez, 39, is charged with felony driving under the influence resulting in death, with driving without a license and with hit-and-run.
The charges stem from the Sept. 30 crash on Highway 707 that killed 60-year-old Elizabeth Coss, a paraprofessional at St. James High School.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol’s collision report, Hernandez’s blood alcohol content was 0.22%, nearly three times the 0.08% legal limit for noncommercial adult drivers in South Carolina…
