Rhode Home Rescue, a 501c3 dog rescue organization in Rhode Island, has recently introduced Momma Belle, a one-year-old hound mix whose remarkable story of survival has captured hearts as the new year begins. The 35-pound canine survived being struck by a vehicle while pregnant, an ordeal that would have broken lesser spirits.
