Residents of Franklin County in search of legal guidance can tap into a valuable resource next Wednesday, thanks to a collaboration between the county’s libraries and Legal Aid NC. The LANC mobile unit, a traveling legal assistance office, will be stationed in Louisburg and Youngsville libraries on Wednesday, providing information on available legal resources and offering a private space for meetings.
According to the Franklin County NC Library, the service is free and open to anyone, no appointment needed. The program is part of Legal Aid NC’s efforts to expand access to legal support.
