ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Fifth Frame Brewing Co. announced its immediate closure on Facebook. The post expressed gratitude to the Rochester and Summerville communities for their support over the years.
“This was an incredibly difficult decision, however unavoidable,” the post said.
News10NBC is working to speak with the owners to learn more about the reasons behind the closure. Fifth Frame Brewing Co. opened in 2017 on Saint Paul Street in downtown Rochester and later relocated to Saint Paul Boulevard in Irondequoit.
The closure comes during a challenging time for the craft beer industry. Heroes Brewing in Rochester closed last year, with the owner citing industry hardships. K2 Brothers in Penfield is also currently closed…
