EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – An arrest has been made by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) after a home was struck with bullets earlier in the week.
According to ECSO, a juvenile turned himself in yesterday in connection with the shooting that took place on Little McCall in Springfield early Monday morning.
