The Katy area is about to welcome a flavorful new addition to its dining scene. P.F. Chang’s, the globally celebrated Asian culinary brand known for its bold flavors and vibrant, wok-fired dishes, is officially coming to Katy Mills Mall in fall 2026.
According to construction plans filed for the site, the new location will occupy Suite 341 at 5000 Katy Mills Circle, Katy, TX 77494, and will undergo a $3.75 million interior build-out beginning February 18, 2026, with completion projected for September 18, 2026. The project will transform an existing space into a 6,820-square-foot full-service restaurant, featuring new storefront and door openings, as well as a covered outdoor patio—an inviting touch that promises to be a draw for both locals and mall-goers looking to enjoy their meals al fresco.
