Fire victims question whether hydrants worked during New Year’s Day blaze

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Victims of a massive New Year’s Day fire in Algiers are questioning whether nearby fire hydrants were working during the emergency response.

Sewerage and Water Board employees were seen working on Westpark Court, near the site of yesterday’s fire.
