Rockford social worker gives tips for keeping New Year’s resolutions

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – As confetti falls and fireworks pop, some set their New Year’s resolutions. Though these goals are set, not everyone follows through.

The majority of resolutions focus on health, exercise, and diet, according to experts.
