FORT MILL, SC — Fort Mill’s own SUMP’N SUMP’N has solidified its place on the international culinary map, bringing home three prestigious medals from the 2026 Scovie Awards held in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In a field of 754 entries from 139 companies across 35 states and 14 countries, the Fort Mill brand stood out as the only spice business in the Carolinas to be honored at this year’s competition. These latest victories bring the company’s tally to an impressive five Scovie Awards in just the past two years.

A Winning Streak

The Scovie Awards, known as one of the most competitive blind tastings in the industry, utilize a panel of culinary experts to rank products based on eye appeal, aroma, flavor, and heat scale. SUMP’N SUMP’N impressed the judges with its consistency of flavor and versatility across a wide range of foods.

The 2026 accolades for SUMP’N SUMP’N include:

  • Silver Medal: Kid Friendly Table Condiments (an improvement from their bronze win in this category last year).

  • Bronze Medal: Not Hot & Spicy Table Seasoning.

  • Bronze Medal: Hot & Spicy Table Seasoning (awarded to the SUMP’N SUMP’N Carolina Reaper blend).

Regional Recognition
