RIO RANCHO, N.M. — The Rio Rancho Governing Body approved a megachurch’s plans to expand in New Mexico with a second location in the city.
The approved plans show Life.Church is planning to build a 40,000-square-foot church on a 6.5-acre parcel on Westside Boulevard, across from Presbyterian Rust Medical Center in Rio Rancho. The plans call for 417 parking spots, which would put the seating capacity at around 1,600 people.
