SALUDA—On January 17 from 10 to 11 a.m., the Saluda Center will host an energetic new exercise class called Cardio Drumming. This event, organized by On Track Saluda, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to improving the quality of life for local residents, aims to bring the community together for a morning of fun and physical activity.
Cardio Drumming is designed to be an enjoyable workout experience for participants of all ages. Using drumsticks to strike an exercise ball to the rhythm of upbeat music, attendees will engage in a workout that is low impact yet high energy. The seated format ensures accessibility, welcoming everyone—from teenagers to grandparents—to join in the fun without the worry of strenuous physical demands.
