GREENSBORO, N.C. — A routine oil change turned into a months-long repair nightmare for a Triad driver after her vehicle began making alarming noises shortly after leaving the shop.
Sandra Thomasson said she took her car in for an oil change, something she does regularly every 3,000 miles. But she noticed problems almost immediately.
