One brand new Roseville resident will live the rest of her life with an incredibly unique distinction: she was the very first baby to be born in the Roseville Kaiser Permanente hospital in 2026.
Kaiser Roseville happily reports the birth of baby girl Camden Jean at 12:14 am on January 1, 2026. Camden’s parents, Heather and Ben Kopf, joyfully welcomed her into the world at Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center; she weighed in at 5 pounds 9 ounces and is almost 19 inches long.
The Kopfs live in the Sacramento area and this is their first baby, according to hospital officials. The family said the doctor and nurses were “absolutely phenomenal in every way” and they are grateful to the entire care team…
