SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – A Savannah mother said what was supposed to be a simple New Year treat for her daughter ended in heartbreak Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Paula Connelly said a nail salon in Oglethorpe Mall declined to give her daughter, Nykiah, a manicure. Nykiah has cerebral palsy.
