WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The City of Wilmington will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Parks Operations Facility.
The facility, located at 111 Melton Road, will replace the current aging, flood-prone site at 1702 Burnett Blvd, according to city officials.
