As temperatures plummet in Albany, organizations serving the homeless are raising alarms over a growing crisis in housing availability.
Bebhinn Francis, co-organizer with the National Union of the Homeless, expressed concern, saying, “This is the time of year when, like every day, I hope that all my people made it through the night.”
