WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A mystery liquid spilled in a small Kansas town this week, puzzling local, state and federal agencies.
The spill happened about 6 p.m. on Wednesday in Garnett, a city of about 3,000 people, 50 miles south of Lawrence.
But as of Friday, authorities do not know what the substance is, according to Anderson County Emergency Management, one of the responding agencies.
