APACHE COUNTY, Ariz. (Scripps News Phoenix) — A newly released police report reveals what young Rebekah Baptiste told police nine months before her death.
At the time, the 9-year-old was living at a Phoenix apartment with her dad, Richard Baptiste, and his girlfriend, Anicia Woods.
