EDGEFIELD, S.C. (WJBF) – SLED confirms that they are aiding Edgefield law enforcement after a body was recovered following a fire within the city limits on Wednesday, December 31.
According to Edgefield County Coroner David Burnett, the body recovered after the fire has been identified as 30-year-old Paul Johnson, who lived at the home on Jeter Street that burned in the fire.
