The Illinois Milk Producers Association and University of Illinois Extension are set to highlight sustainability and technology at the upcoming Illinois Dairy Summit, according to a community announcement.
The 2026 Illinois Dairy Summit is scheduled for Feb. 4 at Highland Community College in Freeport. This year’s theme is Foraging Profitability, with speakers focusing on providing insight on disease management of field crops. Attendees will also hear an update from the Illinois Department of Public Health on regulatory issues.
