(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A suspect shot a gun into the air after an argument, then knocked on the window of a business while still wielding the gun on Saturday morning, Jan. 3, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
Police reported that at around 4 a.m. on Saturday, officers responded to the 2500 block of S. Academy Boulevard, near Astrozon Boulevard, after reports of shots being fired. When they arrived, officers learned that a suspect, later identified as 22-year-old Davian Fray, was in his vehicle and had an argument with someone in another car. He reportedly got out of his car and fired several shots in the air.
