Sioux Falls, SD – Light mixed precipitation is expected across portions of South Dakota and northern Nebraska today, with slick travel conditions possible despite generally low snowfall and ice totals, according to the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls.
Forecasters say the wintry mix will be focused south of Interstate 90, particularly along the Missouri River Valley into northern Nebraska. Precipitation may fall as a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain, with accumulations remaining light.
